I’m Pamela Miles, a champion sleeper, longtime spiritual practitioner and mentor, published author, and international Reiki teacher who’s collaborated with the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Harvard Medical School, Yale University School of Medicine, and NY Presbyterian/Columbia Medical Center. I’ve also authored peer-reviewed medical papers, including one published in the prestigious Journal of the American College of Cardiology.
No worries at all! Everyone who registers will be sent the replay, which will be available for a limited time to encourage you to stay current with the program.
Of course staying current with the challenge will bring the best results, but anything you do will bring you closer to a good night’s sleep on a regular basis.
Each session is 75 minutes, live or by replay. The sessions are largely experiential, so you can participate even if you’re not feeling tiptop.
That’s important, because sleeping better is going to help you feel better. Most of our self-healing happens in deep sleep. Be willing to start where you are and see how improvement shows up for you!
