Traditional First Degree Reiki Class Details — Please read carefully after you register.
Prepare yourself for comfort so you'll enjoy and benefit most from the training
- If you're not on Eastern US (New York City) time, it’s up to you to confirm the session times where you are.
- You'll want to be at all 3 sessions in their entirety. The training is highly experiential, not a typical zoom event that you can pop in and out of.
- All 3 sessions of our class will start promptly.
- The end time for each session is approximate, so please don't put pressure on yourself by scheduling your next commitment too soon.
- Be ready to share your camera so we can all see one another during all sessions. Avoid sitting in front of a light source that would put you in silhouette.
- Be in a quiet room by yourself and log-in a few minutes before each session.
- You'll begin practicing Reiki on yourself during the first session, so find somewhere comfortable to sit.
System Requirements
My traditional Reiki classes are held on GoToMeeting, a platform I’ve used for many years. You can join our sessions via phone, tablet or computer. If you have any doubt, you can check below to confirm that your system has all the requirements needed to attend this class.Â
To participate in your traditional Reiki class, you’ll need to download the FREE GoToMeeting app for your phone, tablet or computer before joining the class. You’ll get a link for this when you register. If you want to do this in advance, go into your phone or tablet App Store and download GoToMeeting. Â For computers, follow the link below.

After enrolling in your traditional Reiki class, please purchase my book, REIKI: A Comprehensive Guide. It will bring you invaluable support during and after your training. No need to read the whole book before class, but you might want to take a look at the first two chapters.
