Who is this program for?
This program is for anyone ready to create healthier, more compassionate boundaries, no matter your background or experience.
No Reiki training is required—you can follow the recorded meditation or do a simple self-practice. (If you’re new to self-practice, you’re welcome to join a free global self-practice session before the program starts.)
What's the time commitment?
You’ll need just 15-20 minutes a day, with the option to dive deeper if you choose. This flexible 2-week program includes built-in grace time to fit your schedule.
There are two live virtual meetings, and if you can’t attend, you’re welcomed to submit questions in advance and access the replays later in our private online Writers Haven.
What do I actually do each day?
You’ll begin with “heart-writing:” a short spiritual practice of your choosing (guided meditation, hands-on self-care, or your own method) followed by 10-15 minutes of spontaneous, informal writing using the daily prompt. You can also visit our private online space, Writers Haven, as time allows to connect with Pamela and our supportive international community.
What if I'm not good at writing or meditating?
No problem! This program isn’t about writing perfect essays or mastering meditation—it’s about connecting with your heart and discovering your inner wisdom. You’ll also receive a guided meditation recording to use during the program.
Do I have to share my writing?
No, your personal writing is for you alone. In our Writers Haven, we share experiences and insights, but never your personal writing. That stays private so you don’t feel inhibited.
Do I need to write in English?
No, your personal writing can be in any language you prefer. The daily writing prompts, our 2 live (with replay) Q&As, and our community discussions are in English, but your personal writing can be in any language you prefer, and you can switch it up if you like.
