Reiki is so simple to practice and appreciate that it can be hard to talk about.
But if we can’t explain Reiki practice, how can we expect people to be willing to give it a try?
While some people trust their instincts and jump in, those without prior spiritual or non-medical healing experience usually want some facts and information. They aren’t satisfied with unproven metaphysical theories.
In this discussion, I don’t tell you what you “should” say; it is important for you to express your own understanding of Reiki practice.
Instead, I help you clarify your own thoughts and experience so you can present Reiki practice reasonably and informally, satisfying people’s need to know.
I give you strategies to effectively address the questions people have about Reiki practice so they feel comfortable enough to give it — and you — a try. These strategies are the same ones I use, the ones I’ve developed in nearly three decades practicing Reiki, often in conventional medicine, where the need to know is heightened.
