  1. This is really helpful Pamela. I sometimes hesitate to ask for an email address or to offer a call because I don’t want clients to feel that I’m pressuring them in any way. I know that more Reiki is good for me, and is good for my clients. I need to remind myself that follow through establishes trust and helps build rapport as you mentioned. Thank you for these professional tips, they’re very helpful.

    1. Glad it’s helpful, Denise. I get the email and other contact information before I confirm the booking. That’s reasonable.

  2. I always follow up and find that the clients are not always home, I usually get an answering machine. I leave a message, asking them how they felt following the session and I give them my number to call back.

  3. Hi Pamela,
Thank you so much for sharing your Reiki wisdom.
I find myself smiing after hearing your latest tip.
Your generous spirit made my day!
    Deborah
